They started out understanding,Now that ive recently got laid off from work they dont understand that i asked to be able to come in monday and make my payment yes my payment was due on the 1st.i am thinking of letting them come pick up the items also because they also lied they told my husband that she spoke to the manager over everything then when my husband ask to speak to her she quickly said oh she in a meeting and wouldn't let him speak to her.Like i said the lady that helped us at first was wonderful but if i pay it off i do not plan on going back to them.
